    • A one-time charge to have forever access to 2nd try, subscription free!

    • We've had a lot of questions from you all about how you can support us and fund more of the shows you love. When you pay yearly instead of monthly, it already allows us to invest that money into our shows. With a lifetime membership, it supercharges that.

    • You still get access to all 2nd try series, exclusives, and perks! Since this is a soft launch, there are no official perks, but we have some ideas cooking. And if we hit our subscriber goal, we'll send you all Costco-style Membership cards.

    • A one-time payment of $500.

      We will be refunding the difference between your 2nd try subscription and your Lifetime Membership once you are a member. Note, it will take 1 - 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account from the day we issue the refund.

      The price does not include states that charge taxes on purchases.

    • Nope! We have ideas for fun perks in the future, and maybe from time to time we'll have video messages just for you, but there are no shows or episodes you wouldn't get otherwise.

    • YouTube Members are more than welcome to sign up for lifetime memberships! They are only available on 2nd try. Currently, we cannot offer a lifetime membership through YouTube.

    • Unfortunately, no. Lifetime memberships are a one time payment which gives you access for life.

    • If you can't join, nothing will change about your 2nd try viewing experience (regardless of whether you're a monthly or annual subscriber), and we thank you for the amazing support you already provide. But for those of you who are able, we have our undying appreciation and a few other fun surprises.

    • We will be refunding the difference between your 2nd try subscription and your Lifetime Membership once you are a member. Note, it will take 1 - 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    • Refunds are allowed within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, we cannot refund a lifetime subscription.

    • First off, thank you for supporting us! Here is what you should expect:

      • Overwhelming thankfulness from TryCast, TryStaff, Zach, and Keith for your support.

      • Since this is a soft launch, things may get a little wonky (we got you every step of the way).

      • Access to your Lifetime Membership does not happen automatically. TryStaff is making sure every single Lifetime Membership is handled with care.

      • Our team will handle canceling your old subscription and re-subscribe you for life using the email you used to purchase your Lifetime Membership. This refund is not automatic.

      • Note: you will receive an email saying your account has been canceled! That is sent for your records.

      • You will receive another email confirming the new account within an hour or so of the cancellation confirmation email.

      • We will refund the difference from your past subscription (this takes 1 - 3 business days to appear in your bank account) starting from the day we initiate the refund.

    • Since this is a soft launch, things may get a little wonky (we've got you every step of the way). The TryStaff team is personally handling every single Lifetime Membership to ensure a smooth transition, but you may see delayed changes on your account's backend. Don't worry, you still have access forever.
